Blending commerce and accounting training with advanced sommelier studies and decades of operator experience, he bridges financial strategy with frontline operations. His background includes senior hospitality and wine leadership roles in Toronto, premium wine sales and private advisory, and financial support to businesses across sectors. Through Northern Consulting, he provides performance analysis, budgeting and forecasting, operating model design, procurement strategy, governance and risk mitigation, and market-entry planning in complex regulatory environments.
Henrik Hansen
Henrik Hansen is a brand and systems strategist who helps service businesses build strong market presence while installing the processes and digital infrastructure needed to scale. He leads end-to-end brand builds—visual identity, company profiles, websites, and guidelines—then backs them with operational foundations like SOPs, contract templates, documentation frameworks, and unified digital platforms.
Henrik specializes in automation and process optimization, having implemented contract automation, internal portals, HR workflows (onboarding, leave, salary advances), and financial tools for ROI/ROE, commissions, sales and rental calculations, and performance dashboards.
Arvin Gulati
Arvin Gulati is a UAE-based partnerships and operations leader focused on turning collaboration into measurable growth. He sources and structures high-value partnerships, negotiates agreements that improve positioning and efficiency, and stays a steady, reliable point of contact through clear communication and follow-through, most notably designing and implementing a food-safe vertical farming system from the ground up.
He also brings beverage and client-solutions experience across cross-functional coordination, regional growth support, performance analysis, and continuous improvement. Earlier, he was a hospitality owner-operator with full P&L responsibility, known for operating calmly under pressure and building practical systems.
